Independence is structural. We have no licensing revenue, no kickbacks, and no incentive to put you on someone else's product.
We will not staff with juniors
Median tenure on our practice teams is 16 years. The person who answers the phone has a name, a phone number, and root.
We will not bill for tickets
Our service fee is flat. Volume incentives reward bad operators; we are paid to make incidents rare, not numerous.
We will not lock you in
Every contract is 30 days out, no exit fees, no IP retention. If we are not earning your renewal we should not get it.
